Homexa® Terms of Service
These terms of service govern your access to and use of the Homexa® platform, websites, and related services. By using Homexa®, you agree to these terms. Last updated September 2026.
Acceptance of terms and eligibility
By accessing or using Homexa® you agree to be bound by these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use Homexa® on behalf of a brokerage or team, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Description of services
Homexa® provides a real estate platform for consumers and licensed agents, including property search, home valuation, lead management, CRM and transaction support tools, and communication services delivered by email, phone and text message.
Account registration and acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, scrape or resell its data, or use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of real estate licensing law.
SMS and communication terms
Program name: Homexa® Real Estate Communications. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Homexa® about appointment confirmations and follow-ups, lead engagement and real estate inquiries, AI assistant responses, and service notifications. Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 5 messages per interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, and HELP for assistance, or contact admin@homexa.com or (253) 300-1000. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Intellectual property
The Homexa® platform, its software, content, trademarks and branding are owned by Homexa® or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.
Third-party services
The platform integrates third-party services, including Follow Up Boss for CRM, Twilio for communications, OpenAI for AI tools, and PostHog for analytics. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Revenue share program
Agents participating in the Homexa® revenue share program are subject to the program's separate written terms, including eligibility, calculation and payment schedules, which control in the event of any conflict with this page.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. Homexa® does not guarantee the accuracy of property data, valuations or market information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homexa® is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination and governing law
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
