Austin Hellickson is the founder of Homexa®, a real estate platform built to help agents and teams scale profitably without sacrificing their personal lives. After seeing both solo agents overwhelmed by inefficiency and teams struggling to become profitable without massive headcount, Austin set out to build a model rooted in systems, alignment, and long term sustainability.
The philosophy behind Homexa®
At the core of Austin's philosophy is the belief that inputs create outputs, paired with the principle that no success in business can compensate for failure at home. Homexa® was designed to support productivity without burnout by removing unnecessary backend work and aligning incentives through a simple structure. In its first four months, Homexa® grew from 6 agents to over 150, driven by clarity and execution rather than hype.
Outside of real estate
Outside of real estate, Austin enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing and hiking, and values time with family and close relationships. He is also a lifelong Seattle Seahawks fan.
